I ve been in business for four yrs and I always struggle during winter
months. Mostly because I some times cant find good workers and im always
having to retrain people. I provide everything from roofing yo flooring to
painting. Would u recommend doing just one profession and using subs better
    then doing the work myself.

    Eric:

Amazing marking plan. I have to say the best I’ve heard. I follow your page
and I’ve watched most of your videos about painting, and I got to say
you’re brilliant. II’m Lester by the way and I’m trying to start my own
painting business and your videos and ideas have been pretty helpful. Im
also from Colorado, aurora to be more specific. I know you talked about
advising other business owners on how to build their painting companies.
Would you be willing to talk about ideas that could help my situation?

Hey Eric, as always really impressed with all you’ve done here. Definitely
going to buy your product. Quick question though, in my business right now
i do mostly interior painting. Is there a way to change this prospecting
script? (i can’t tell if someone needs interior painting by looking at the
outside). Also do you ONLY knock on a house when their paint is peeling,
for exterior work? Will these things be covered in the course? THanks as
    always Eric
